Looks: Hoshimaru is a short dark-skinned man with dark brown eyes and shoulder-lenght blue hair. He stands at 5'3 and has a lithe build. He has a scar under his left eye and wears a traditional Shinigami captain's uniform with a sleeveless haori with the uniform of the commander-in-chief of the Onmitsukidō underneath, it is modified to were it still has the back and the right sleeve is gone, a pair of black fingerless gloves and a phoenix pendent around his neck.

Personality: Hoshimaru is kind, passionate, and generally a good guy, but doesn’t take shit from nobody and came be mistaken as a cold-hearted and manipulative jerk. He puts his training and those he is loyal to above everything else and strives to greatly outdo everybody at everything by any means. His competitive side makes him appear slightly naive when he doesn’t achieve what he wants and is sometimes almost depicted in a childish way with a very short temper.

~Past Life~
Born in a family of four, Hoshimaru was the quickest learner. He began Quincy training at the age of 4 and easily caught up with his older sister. At the age of 10, his parents died and they were adopted by family that teaches ninjutsu, Hoshimaru caught on quick and began to mix it with his quincy training. For years Hoshimaru and his sister would sneak out and kill hollows. One day, they snuck out and encountered a Menos Grande. They managed to force the hollow to flee but not before it kill Hoshimaru in the process.

~After Life~
Being assigned to Rukon District 79, Hoshimaru retained some memories of his past and struggled to survive. After making it for a few years, Hoshimaru overheard a few people talking about going to shinigami academy and become a soul reaper. Following their example, Hoshimaru went to Shinigami Academy and pass the entrance exam on his first try. After three years, Hoshimaru graduated the academy, was recruited into squad 9 as 4th seat, and learned the name of his zanpaktou. During his time with squad 9, His skills and intelligence impressed everyone in his squad as well as other in different squad. Learning about Hoshimaru, the captain of squad two had requested that he be transferred to squad two and was placed as 3rd seat.

~Corps Commander of the Detention Unit~
After being transferred to squad 2, Hoshimaru began training his shikai to strengthen himself even more. When informed that is the corps commander of the dentention unit, Hoshimaru relied more on his speed, stamina, and stealth to keep and fulfill his new position. After a year Hoshimaru began showing his loyalty to the soul society as well as the Captain-commander and the Onmitsukidō, and is always training in his free time.

~Newest Captain and Head of Onmitsukido~
A year after becoming 3rd Seat of 2nd Division, The Neo Espada War started. The Gotei 13 suffered huge casualties during the war as well the opposing side. Captains and Lieutenants were lost and very few survived the injuries they sustained. After the death of 2nd Division's previous Captain and Lieutenant, Hoshimaru steped up as acting captain til a replacement could be found. Months later, Hoshimaru finally achieved and half way mastered his bankai. Unable to find any capable of being the 2nd Division Captain, Hoshimaru was finally promoted to the position and became Commander of the Onmitsukidō and Corp Commander of the Executive Militia as well.

Release Phrase: Emerge, Honō Shinsei

When released, Honō Shinsei begins to glow a pale red and change in shape. When the emitted glow dies down, it is revealed that Honō Shinsei has taken on the form of a red metal longbow with the design from a celtic cross in white.

Light Arrow Barrage – This technique uses the command “multiply”. When said a hundred arrows made from condensed spiritual energy are created and look like arrows and of pure light. They are shot within his limit at one or more targets as if he shot one. it causes one's Reiryoku and Reiatsu to be cut in half for a total of ten minutes. Its also lethal to those with weak spiritual pressure and energy. (20sp)

White Flame Wall – This is Honō Shinsei defensive ability. It projects white flames in front of Hoshimaru and forms a diamond-shaped shield in its place. The barrier is called out the same way the zanpaktou is release but uses the command “overflow”. The barrier is able to block all frontal attack and redirect kido. It is only big enough to shield himself and can only take up to 5 hits per use. (10sp).

Fireball Fake-out – Hoshimaru can focus fireballs by pulling back on the string of the bow. Once he releases the fireball launches towards his target as if it is a normal arrow and explodes on impact. (17sp)

Zanpakuto Bankai Release Form:
Kenjin Fenikkusu Honō Shinsei (Phoenix Sage Holy Flame)
Once Hoshimaru activates his bankai, Honō Shinsei goes back to its original sealed form and a column of fire shoots from the ground surrounding him. When flames dissipate, it is revealed the the fire has formed fiery phoenix wings and tail. His captain haori and uniform now has a hole burnt throught the center of the back. His zanpakuto has taken the form of a Kusarigama on a long metal chain with a phoenix printed on the blade and a heavy iron weight attached to the end.

Light Grid - using the command “disperse”, Kenjin Fenikkusu Honō Shinsei breaks down into a bunch of tiny pale red orbs of light that surrounds the opponent, any movement at all, will cause them to cling to the opponent and explode. The explosions are strong to disrupt their visual perception causing temporary confusion.(21sp).

Enhanced White Flame Wall – Kenjin Fenikkusu Honō Shinsei retains the use of White Flame Wall and is still used in the same manner. The shape of the barrier has widened so that can shield others near him. The number of hits it can take per use has increase by 5 (20sp).

Heaven and Hell – making a horizontal slash, Honō Shinsei releases condensed spiritual energy from the tip amplifying the attack and then flies forward. The slash is in the shape of wave of flames. When it makes contact with the opponent, they are hit with blinding pale red flames (15sp).

Kafie, after returning home has assumed his rightful place as King of Kurai and he is now 19. Hugo and Kaiori became members of his counsel and Yuhi and Jaden are the new Captain and lieutenant of the Kurai army. When Kiev went home, a new bodyguard for Kafie was sent. Finally deciding to follow his heart Kafie calls a meeting. "Okay, i have something to say." "What is it brother?" asked Kaiori "I am leaving Kurai and marrying Hikari." said Kafie "What are you thinking?" yelled Hugo as he slammed his hands on the table. "Sir, please think rationally." said Kellan

Name: Bankai
Type: Technique
Description: The Bankai (Final Release) is the second and final upgraded form of a Zanpakutō. To achieve Bankai, one must be able to materialize and subjugate their Zanpakutō spirit. Materialization means the opposite of getting dragged into the Zanpakutō's inner world. Instead the wielder needs to summon the Zanpakutō's spirit into the physical world. Bankai increases total Reiatsu by one hundred percent. In essence, Bankai allows you to add your total amount of reiatsu to whatever you have left from shikai. If your reiatsu stat was 200 and you use Shikai, your reiatsu would now be 240. If you then released Bankai, your total reiatsu would be 240+240 which would be 480. Your character is allowed up to 2 Bankai techniques (5 for Captains). Abilities Enhanced from Shikai do not count, nor does controlling your Bankai if it is a projectile-type. When learning a new Bankai technique, it will cost a minimum of 1000 words.

Requirements: 60 in the Zanpakuto Mastery stat, 90 in the Reiatsu stat.

Also, keep in mind that for any move, Bankai techniques included, the amount of SP put into the technique directly affects its power. For instance any technique that costs 10sp to perform would easily be overcome by a Soukatsui that cost 20sp, in all cases.

Fireball fakeout needs an sp cost. Also I would seriously consider bumping the sp costs of your Bankai techniques.
